Chaplaincy and Pastoral Care

Chaplaincy and Pastoral Care

Armadale Health Service’s (AHS) non-denominational chaplaincy service provides spiritual care for staff, patients and visitors of all ages and ethnic groups.

A dedicated team of chaplains and pastors from different denominations is available 24/7 to assist our patients and their families.

AHS provides holistic care to all people within the context of a multicultural society.

Our chaplains work in partnership and cooperation with pastoral care services of other faiths to ensure that all people have access to their preferred network of spiritual support and comfort. The chaplains can help find appropriate support for you.

To speak with a chaplain, please call the hospital's main reception on 9391 2000.

A multi-faith Quiet Room is located on the ground floor of the hospital – follow the blue signs past the café on the ground floor.

A non-denominational service is held in the Quiet Room every Sunday from 1.30pm to 2pm and a weekly prayer meeting is held every Tuesday from 2pm to 3pm.
