Accessing health records

WA's Freedom of Information Act 1992 gives you the right to apply for access to documents held by State public sector agencies.

This means the public can seek to gain access to any documents held by EMHS, within certain circumstances.

These documents range from personal medical records to administrative records relating to public health decisions.
